Sales & Forecasting Analyst- Walmart/Sam's Account

About the role

The sales & forecast analyst will support multiple functions of Walmart and Sam’s Club sales using Flora's systems and Walmart Scintilla.

Responsibilities

• Support the Flora Sales team with accurate demand forecasting.
• Update daily consumption and shipment actuals.
• Validate weekly forecasts for consumption, shipments, and supply plan inventory.
• Communicate weekly any changes to forecasts.
• Support the team bi-weekly with forecasting planning meetings.
• Manage transportation management tasks such as delivery appointments and carrier questions.
• Monitor and analyze fill rates and future fill rates using SAP and Inventory Dashboard.
• Support the supply chain manager with daily routine tasks.
• Support the category and sales support & insights for Violife cheese business.
• Coordinate and communicate weekly sales updates for Violife and Sam’s Club businesses.
• Coordinate with senior sales analysts, supply chain managers, and internal leadership on general tasks and requests.
• Provide back-up relief to senior sales analysts for reporting and knowledge sharing.
• Support major sales presentations with insights from Walmart Luminate.
• Attend Flora sponsored charity events.

Requirements

• Actively pursuing bachelor’s degree or master’s, with strong analytical skills.
• Work with cross-functional team members on specific projects and prioritize workload.
• Turn business trends into selling stories & opportunities to deliver growth.
• Proactively review information & communication with team for actionable results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills including verbal, written, and presentation.
• Ability to simplify robust data and articulate clear insights.
• An understanding of business acumen and a desire to learn.
