Sales Floor Team Member - FT

About the role

Goodwill Manasota is looking for a Sales Floor Team Member who thrives on customer interaction and enjoys a fast-paced retail environment. Full-time team members can expect a consistent forty-hour work week.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers with enthusiasm
• Assist customers with world-class customer service
• Support a full and fresh inventory by continuously stocking and rotating merchandise
• Maintain a clean, neat, organized, and safe sales floor

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred
• Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and reach for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, carry, or otherwise move up to 25 pounds with no support regularly
