Sales Finance Manager

About the Role We're partnering with a large, multi-billion-dollar CPG/Food & Beverage organization on a long-term, direct engagement supporting its commercial finance function. This role works closely with sales and commercial leadership on the financial mechanics behind customer and trade performance. We're open to compensation and on how the engagement is structured interim, consulting, or project-based depending on the candidate's background and preference. Responsibilities Partner with sales and commercial teams on trade spend, rebates, deductions, and promotional accrual managementBuild, maintain, and analyze customer-level P&Ls to support profitability and pricing decisionsSupport pricing strategy and customer profitability initiatives across the portfolioManage or support promotional accrual processes and trade promotion systemsProvide financial support for relationships with large retailers and national accountsWork within SAP or trade promotion management (TPM) systems to track and report trade and customer performanceStay hands-on with the analysis and reporting, not just directing it from above Required Skills Strong CPG finance background within a large, multi-billion-dollar organizationDirect experience with trade spending, rebates, deductions, and promotional accrualsExperience building and managing customer P&Ls and customer profitability analysisExperience supporting large retailers or national accountsComfortable rolling up your sleeves regardless of seniority or title Preferred Skills SAP or trade promotion management (TPM) system experienceGlobal or international commercial finance experiencePrior experience in an interim, consulting, or project-based capacityGross-to-net/net sales and keep SAP/TPM strongly preferred Pay range and compensation package $150,000 - $200,000 Equal Opportunity Statement We are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.
