Sales Expediter

About the role

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for customer service and sales? Metal Culverts Inc. is seeking to fill a position in our Inside Sales team. This role plays a critical part in estimating and coordinating the efficient movement of materials and products through our production process, while consistently delivering exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Proficient in analyzing construction project plans for quantity take-offs
• Prepare estimates and quotes based on customer specifications and project requirements
• Communicate effectively with sales, production, and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall efficiency
• Identify potential issues or delays in the order process and proactively solve them while providing exceptional service throughout the order process
• Cook up with internal departments to manage the flow of materials and products through production

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• Strong sales skills with a focus on customer service excellence
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Oracle NetSuite (or similar systems)
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AutoCAD

Pay

Salary Range: $50,000-$55,000

Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (On-site)
