Sales Executive (US;CANADA)

About the role

As a Sales Executive at TRAFFIX, you will play a vital role in achieving branch targets and TRAFFIX business goals. Your primary responsibility will be identifying companies experiencing challenges with their supply chain transportation network and presenting TRAFFIX’s suite of services and expertise as an optimal solution.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for companies that ship freight within North America.
• Research companies and contacts in preparation for initial calls.
• Conduct cold calling and/or cold emailing to initiate conversations.
• Identify business opportunities within new and current customers.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Monitor trends and changes in customer purchase behavior and follow up to determine the root cause.
• Collaborate with TRAFFIX experts to set up discovery calls and in-person meetings with prospective and existing customers.
• Lead the team in generating pricing strategies that fit the client’s budget while supporting the success of the branch.
• Be accountable to monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of successful sales experience working for a 3PL.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience selling for a 3PL with a proven track record (Senior Sales Executive).

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is CA/US $70,000 to $150,000. Compensation is determined based on individual skills and relevant experience.
