Key Responsibilities
- Own development of a Special Risk book of business within education and related sectors.
- Act as subject matter expert in specialized education-related risk solutions.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align strategy and solutions.
- Possess ownership and accountability for delivering revenue growth and maintaining client retention.
- Provide high-quality consultative risk solutions.
- Build long-term client and partner relationships.
Qualifications
- Active Accident & Health license or ability to obtain.
- 3+ years of consultative sales experience.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work with complex organizations and leadership teams.
