About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to lead our Solar division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial solar, sales, and experience with industrial bidding documents, as well as knowledge of solutions, design, planning, implementation, and operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the Solar division, including sales, design, planning, solution implementation, and operations.
- Ensure the division meets its goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals.
- Understand industrial solar bidding documents and have experience with industrial solar projects and TCO of utilities.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue and technical excellence.
- Conduct frequent site visits, build relationships, and ensure long-term profitable growth of the business.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
