Responsibilities
- Possess and develop relationships with new B2B customers through cold calling, outreach, and lead generation.
- Identify and qualify potential customers within assigned territories and industry segments.
- Conduct customer visits to understand needs and propose solutions for industrial and manufacturing clients.
- Promote technical products to clients and present proposals.
- Manage a strong sales pipeline to support territory growth and meet revenue goals.
- Prepare quotes, follow up on proposals, and support the entire sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate CRM records using Salesforce or similar tools.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry exhibitions to build brand awareness and network.
- Open new accounts and expand presence within key markets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and account development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Business, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial sales, technical sales, biomedical, or manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrated success in cold calling, pipeline building, new business development, and closing deals.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Organized, analytical, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Valid driver’s license; comfortable with frequent travel within the assigned territory.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize opportunities effectively.
