About the Role

As a Sales Executive with LoopNet, you will represent the industry’s most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions. You will partner with top owners and brokers to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies that showcase and differentiate their property portfolios online. Success in this role hinges on building long-lasting, service-focused customer relationships by advising on product frequency, reach, brand efficacy, and return on investment using our proprietary analytic tools. You will leverage CoStar Group’s deep industry expertise to prospect, study trends, and conduct product demonstrations. This role is on-site in our Detroit, MI office.

Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain client relationships through consultative sales methods to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on strategic marketing plans.
  • Business Development: Prospect new clients using CoStar Group’s extensive property data to drive sales and close new business.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.
  • Business Industry Acumen: Develop expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate trends, and your specific market territory.
  • Customer Focus: Deliver outstanding customer support through regular, value-added communication, sharing market insights, and offering solutions to help clients achieve their goals. Conduct regular in-person meetings, requiring travel by car and occasionally outside your office’s driving radius.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of successful full-cycle sales and account management experience in a B2B environment selling CRE, digital advertising, marketing solutions, AdTech, PropTech, FinTech, financial securities, business intelligence, or data & analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited not-for-profit in-person university or college.
  • Demonstrated commitment to prior employers and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas with a focus on customer experience.
  • Current and valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record/abstract check prior to start.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in commercial real estate.
  • Success in building long-term relationships and business partnerships at a senior/C-Suite level.
  • Ability to analyze data, build reports, and make strategic recommendations based on market trends and performance metrics.
  • Regular and consistent access to an operational motor vehicle by start date.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a high-growth company environment.
  • Self-starter who can work both independently and within a team.
