Sales Executive (Level-Funded & ICHRA) for New England
About the role
The Sales Executive drives new business for Gravie’s Level-Funded (Comfort) and ICHRA products through broker partnerships and direct employer relationships. This role focuses on executing a disciplined sales process, maintaining strong broker engagement, and achieving sales targets within a defined territory.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed new business sales goals for assigned territory and product lines.
- Develop and manage relationships with regional brokers and consultants to drive consistent quoting activity.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities with small and mid-sized employer groups.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth quoting, underwriting, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain detailed and accurate pipeline, activity, and forecast data within CRM systems.
- Stay current on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting level-funded and ICHRA products.
Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of sales experience in health insurance, benefits consulting, or stop-loss sales.
- Established relationships with regional brokers and consultants strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of health plan funding models (fully insured, level-funded, ICHRA).
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Self-starter with a drive to exceed goals in a high-growth environment.

Pay
Compensation Range: $80K - $100K
