Core Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through dedicated outreach, lead generation, and networking
  • Grow a strong base of recurring clients and nurture relationships month after month
  • Schedule appointments, present tailored solutions, and negotiate winning deals
  • Keep your CRM pipeline organized and updated for maximum efficiency
  • Promote a positive, empowered work atmosphere that values teamwork and client success

Requirements

  • A high school diploma required; a bachelor's degree is highly preferred
  • 2-3 years of successful B2B sales experience with a "hunter" mindset and passion for overachievement
  • Sales training certification (Sandler, Dale Carnegie, etc.) is a plus
  • Superior communicator, negotiator, and problem solver with meticulous follow-up
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • CRM systems and Microsoft Office skills required
