Core Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through dedicated outreach, lead generation, and networking
- Grow a strong base of recurring clients and nurture relationships month after month
- Schedule appointments, present tailored solutions, and negotiate winning deals
- Keep your CRM pipeline organized and updated for maximum efficiency
- Promote a positive, empowered work atmosphere that values teamwork and client success
Requirements
- A high school diploma required; a bachelor's degree is highly preferred
- 2-3 years of successful B2B sales experience with a "hunter" mindset and passion for overachievement
- Sales training certification (Sandler, Dale Carnegie, etc.) is a plus
- Superior communicator, negotiator, and problem solver with meticulous follow-up
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- CRM systems and Microsoft Office skills required
