Sales Executive - HR Solutions

The Sales Representative at Paychex is responsible for selling Paychex solutions and supporting clients through meetings and proposals. Key responsibilities include generating leads, preparing for discovery meetings, proposing solutions, negotiating agreements, and coordinating with HR Business Partners.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree - Preferred
• 3 years of experience in inside or outside business-to-business sales
• 3 years of experience in Digital Media, Health Insurance, HR Services, Retail, Hospitality, Recruitment, Financial Services, Insurance, Marketing, Automotive, Information Technology, Professional Services
• Driver's License Required

Compensation

The compensation range for this position is typically $55,000-$120,000, with additional benefits including medical coverage, virtual wellness classes, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) + employer match, adoption assistance, financial assistance, and more.
