Responsibilities
- Possess and utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, and research
- Understand client needs and offer suitable solutions
- Achie and exceed monthly sales targets
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and maintain client database
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and tactics
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior sales experience and success is required, preferably in B2B outside sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with CRM
