About the role
Project Details:
- Generate annual recurring revenue (ARR), including new business and upsell opportunities.
- Possess strong discovery skills and professional communication abilities.
- Collaborate with SDRs to accelerate pipeline velocity.
- Apply a consultative sales methodology to assess client needs and align solutions.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and identify expansion opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and fulfillment.
- Investigate and resolve client concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Partner with senior sales leadership to drive continuous improvement.
Must Haves
- Minimum of two years of B2B sales experience.
- Strong discovery skills and professional communication abilities.
- Ability to build financial cases and articulate operational value.
- Experience in financial services, retirement planning, or marketing preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve consistent sales growth.
- Strong sense of urgency and activity-driven mindset.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and travel as needed.
Desired Skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- CRM proficiency; Salesforce experience preferred.
