About the role
At World Fuel, our Sales Executive – Early Career (Field-Based) role is designed for recent graduates or those with up to two years of sales, customer service, or related experience. The position offers a base salary of $50,000 plus uncapped commission, a car allowance and mileage reimbursement, a company phone and laptop, and structured training and mentorship from experienced leaders.
Responsibilities
- Start with a portfolio of approximately 50 active customer accounts
- Grow existing relationships while identifying new revenue opportunities
- Spend time in the field prospecting, meeting customers, and closing new business
- Build a strong pipeline through outreach, networking, and referrals
- Learn how to deliver value-based solutions to commercial customers
- Execute territory plans and consistently meet or exceed sales goals
- Partner with internal teams to support onboarding and customer success
