Duties & Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the diving, offshore, and marine sectors.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, including shipowners, offshore operators, and marine contractors.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and commercial tenders.
- Work closely with operations and technical teams to ensure accurate costing and scope alignment.
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events as required.
- Diving & Operational Support
- Participate in diving operations when required to support inspections, surveys, or project execution.
- Conduct site assessments and provide technical input for project planning and proposals.
- Act as a technical point of contact between clients and internal teams during project execution.
- Ensure compliance with diving safety standards, procedures, and operational guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in similar roles.
- Degree in Marine Engineering, Offshore Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in commercial diving, offshore, or marine operations.
- Sales or client-facing experience in the diving / marine / offshore industry is highly preferred.
- Valid diving certification (e.g. ADAS / IMCA / equivalent) – preferred / required.
- Strong understanding of marine or offshore operational environments.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel and participate in offshore or site-based activities.
- CSCUBA / SSDE certified (optional)
