Someone who knows the sales process, stays organized, and brings the right combination of industry knowledge and relationship-building skills to connect with decision-makers at growing companies ready to modernize their operations with the right ERP solution.
Responsibilities
- Leverage consultative selling approach to identify prospects, build meaningful relationships, and guide potential clients through the sales process from initial contact to close.
- Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Analyze sales data to uncover trends and opportunities.
- Deliver accurate and consistent forecasting.
- Engage prospects with credibility and confidence around real-world application and business impact.
- Manage client meetings, trade shows, and business associations.
- Attend client meetings and trade shows to meet with clients on-site.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience in ERP sales.
- Familiarity with IT services and solutions i.e. cloud computing, hosting services.
- Experience successfully meeting established sales goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven ERP sales expertise.
- A strong understanding of the operational needs of companies in the construction, manufacturing, and distribution industries.
Skills
- Consultative selling skills.

- Understanding of ERP software as an end user.
