Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for beverage bottling and shrink-wrap services.
- Drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, including beverage manufacturers, distributors, and packaging companies.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Deliver tailored solutions that align with customers' bottling and packaging needs.
- Manage and expand a sales pipeline, tracking progress through the sales cycle.
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and market feedback to senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in sales, preferably within the beverage, packaging, or manufacturing industries.
- Strong understanding of beverage bottling processes and shrink-wrap packaging solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business and manage key client relationships.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Prior experience in beverage bottling or packaging sales preferred.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and sustainability trends in packaging preferred.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
