What You’ll Do

  • Drive growth across your territory by building strong relationships with physicians, clinicians, and key decision-makers in hospitals, surgery centers, and emergency settings.
  • You’ll lead product demos and trainings, expand adoption of airway management solutions, and represent KARL STORZ at industry events—all while consistently exceeding sales targets.

What You Bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree or 2–4 years of sales experience (medical device preferred)
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing role
  • Willingness to travel daily and handle equipment (up to 35 lbs)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow territory sales, meeting or exceeding assigned quotas
  • Conduct product demonstrations and in-service training for hospital and clinical staff
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for target accounts
  • Respond to leads, maintain customer relationships, and report sales activity
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conventions
  • Collaborate with internal sales and support teams
  • Manage territory expenses and company assets

Work Environment

  • Highly field-based role (30–40+ hours/week traveling locally within ~100 miles)
  • Frequent visits to hospitals, surgery centers, ERs, and physician offices
  • Regular presence in clinical and procedural areas, including operating rooms
  • Requires adherence to strict safety and infection-control protocols

Requirements

  • Must reside within the New Orleans territory
  • Ability to travel daily and work independently in a fast-paced medical sales environment
