About the role
This role will shape brand and customer engagement initiatives that strengthen market presence and business impact. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the chance to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Own a designated territory of agency and brand accounts; ensure consistent revenue growth
- Develop and execute detailed account plans; identify decision-makers and tailor the company’s solutions to each client
- Drive the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Position and promote the company’s advertising solutions to meet brand performance goals
- Build and maintain relationships with key agency and brand media teams
- Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure smooth campaign execution post-sale
- Maintain an accurate Salesforce pipeline and provide reliable revenue forecasts
Qualifications
- 5-9 years of digital advertising sales experience with focus on agency or brand-direct relationships; programmatic platform experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas consistently over multiple years
- Established relationships with major agency holding companies and independent agencies; adept at navigating complex organizational structures
- Deep knowledge of programmatic deal mechanics and fluency in selling PMP and Programmatic Guaranteed deals
- Experience collaborating with retail or commerce media networks is a plus
- Strong storytelling skills to effectively present the company’s data-driven solutions tailored to client objectives
- Highly organized and disciplined, with a strong ability to maintain an accurate pipeline and forecasts
Pay
$133,000 – $199,400 annually
