Sales Engineer – Retail/Enterprise

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Engineer to focus on retail and enterprise clients in Bengaluru. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of steel structure fabrication, PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings), civil construction, renovations, maintenance, turnkey projects, interior glazing, and metal works.
• Develop and maintain relationships with retail and enterprise clients.
• Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.
• Achieve sales targets and expand market presence in the assigned territory.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in engineering, construction, or a related industry.
• Strong technical understanding of steel fabrication, PEB, or civil construction projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to travel within Bengaluru as needed.
