Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a regional business development strategy to grow market share throughout Michigan.Identify and pursue new opportunities with geotechnical consultants, structural engineers, architects, developers, contractors, and project owners.Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers across the engineering and construction community.Lead client meetings, presentations, and project discussions while confidently communicating technical ground improvement solutions.Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to develop project strategies and proposals.Manage the sales process from initial prospecting through project award.Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to strengthen market presence.Track project opportunities and maintain an active sales pipeline.Support regional growth initiatives alongside senior leadership. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Ideally 5-8 years of experience within civil, geotechnical, foundations, ground improvement, specialty contracting, or related construction sectors.Strong technical understanding of geotechnical engineering principles and construction methods.Ability to engage confidently with engineers, architects, developers, contractors, and owners.Proven business development, client-facing, or project management experience is highly desirable.Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to developing new business opportunities.
