Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical resource for the sales team, providing expertise on company products and solutions to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical training sessions for customers to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their technical inquiries and providing post-sales support as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotations, and technical documentation for sales opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor products, and market developments to inform sales strategies and product improvements.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer visits to promote company products and generate sales leads.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the sales management team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role, preferably in the power solutions industry.
- MUST HAVE Experience in sales of Transformers, LV switch Boards, MV Switch Gear, Substation equipment, and electrical distribution.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed to customer sites, trade shows, and conferences.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and technical presentation tools.
