Responsibilities

• Understand and effectively communicate the technical aspects and benefits of Panasonic products and solutions
• Gather customer requirements, recommend appropriate Panasonic and third‑party products and solutions, and perform system design tasks
• Provide on‑site engineering services such as product configuration, adjustment, integration, and commissioning
• Train PPNDA sales team, integrators, and end customers on PPNDA products and solutions
• Collaborate with the other PPNDA engineering and Service team members to troubleshoot customer product and application issues
• Candidate should be currently located in the East Coast preferably in Boston, MA,
