This role blends technical acumen, consultative selling, and customer empathy. As an early member, you will work closely alongside an experienced founding team, use the latest tech stack tools and platforms, and have a significant impact on the growth of an innovative cybersecurity offering in the SMB space. You will receive an outsized equity grant and realize the life-changing experience of building a company.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical authority and advisor throughout the sales cycle, from discovery to close.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and MSP partners to design tailored cybersecurity solutions aligned to customer goals.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, security architecture reviews, and proof-of-value sessions.
  • Translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear business outcomes.
  • Support responses to RFPs/RFIs and ensure proposed solutions align with compliance frameworks (e.g., CMMC, NIST 800-171, DFARS).
  • Gather customer feedback to inform product and process improvements.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Channel teams to drive deal velocity and customer success.

Requirements

  • Cybersecurity Sales: Proven success selling or supporting cybersecurity solutions with a comprehensive understanding of customer operational and budget dynamics.
  • Partner & Channel Go-to-Market: Experience collaborating with MSPs, MSSPs, or resellers to drive joint pipeline and co-selling opportunities.
  • Technical Credibility: Strong understanding of modern cybersecurity principles — network security, endpoint protection, compliance, and incident response.
  • Value-Based Selling: Ability to communicate security value in terms of risk reduction, compliance readiness, and operational impact.
  • Systems-Driven Mindset: A structured, data-driven approach to achieving goals and maintaining CRM discipline.

Qualities

  • Mission-Driven: You care deeply about protecting high-value businesses and aligning them with RADICL’s mission.
  • Entrepreneurial Energy: You thrive in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment and take ownership of your impact.
  • Relationship Builder: You build credibility and trust with executives, MSPs, and internal teams alike.
  • Results-Oriented: You deliver consistently, blending urgency with discipline.
  • Continuous Learner: You stay current on cybersecurity trends and customer needs.
  • Integrity & Accountability: You uphold the highest standards in every customer and partner interaction.
