Role Overview
Enterprise escalation environments are messy. Signals live across Jira, GitHub, Salesforce, and ServiceNow. During incidents, teams manually reconstruct timelines, correlate changes, and defend conclusions under pressure. Kosmos introduces structure into that chaos.
What You’ll Do
- Lead read-only integration setup
- Configure field mapping
- Validate signal ingestion integrity
- Trigger 90-day historical analysis
- Interpret cross-system correlations
- Present structured Risk Events and confirmed RCAs
- Translate operational intelligence into executive impact
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years Sales Engineering or Solutions Engineering
- Experience with Jira, GitHub, Salesforce Service Cloud
- Ability to explain AI-generated analysis clearly
- Strong executive presence
- Comfort operating in structured trial environments
What Success Looks Like
- Integrations completed cleanly and efficiently
- Signal ingestion validated and trusted
- Structured Risk Events explained clearly
- Clear distinction between Risk Event and confirmed RCA
- Executive buyers understand operational impact by Day 7
- Strong technical credibility during enterprise engagements
