Responsibilities

  • Partner with customers and internal account managers to develop strong, long-term business relationships
  • Serve as the primary technical resource for non-turf OEM customers throughout the sales and product development process
  • Collaborate with customers to identify application needs and recommend hydraulic and electric drive solutions
  • Support vehicle development projects and help ensure successful integration and application of Hydro-Gear products
  • Provide ongoing technical guidance and support related to product performance, troubleshooting, field service, and warranty matters
  • Conduct on-site visits with OEM accounts to discuss new opportunities, evaluate applications, and support production programs
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, product management, operations, quality and sales teams to deliver customer focused solutions
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing and prospective accounts

Qualifications and Experience

  • College degree in a related technical, electrical, or mechanical engineering field preferred
  • Customer-facing experience in technical sales, applications engineering, industrial equipment, or related fields
  • Strong technical and hands-on aptitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build customer trust and communicate technical concepts clearly
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative account team environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
