About the role

Partner with customers and internal account managers to develop strong, long-term business relationships
Serve as the primary technical resource for non-turf OEM customers throughout the sales and product development process
Collaborate with customers to identify application needs and recommend hydraulic and electric drive solutions
Support vehicle development projects and help ensure successful integration and application of Hydro-Gear products
Provide ongoing technical guidance and support related to product performance, troubleshooting, field service, and warranty matters
Conduct on-site visits with OEM accounts to discuss new opportunities, evaluate applications, and support production programs
Work cross-functionally with engineering, product management, operations, quality and sales teams to deliver customer focused solutions
Identify growth opportunities within existing and prospective accounts

Responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience

  • College degree in a related technical, electrical, or mechanical engineering field preferred
  • Customer-facing experience in technical sales, applications engineering, industrial equipment, or related fields
  • Strong technical and hands-on aptitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build customer trust and communicate technical concepts clearly
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative account team environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
