Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drive new revenue by developing and executing territory sales strategies to penetrate the metalworking and industrial lubricant markets and exceed growth targets.
• Possess the ability to prospect, qualify, and close new business through referrals, targeted outreach, and frequent planned sales calls, building a robust and sustainable sales pipeline.
• Expand wallet share within accounts while prioritizing growth of new customers.
• Promote the FUCHS value proposition by identifying customer challenges, leading product trials, delivering technical solutions, and winning conversions from competitors.
• Maintain market and competitive intelligence while leveraging Salesforce CRM to manage opportunities, forecast results, and advance deals from prospect to close.

Qualifications

• Growth-oriented with a strong passion to win and for exceeding sales goals and targets.
• A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Chemistry, or Business.
• At least 3 years of B2B sales experience in industrial consumable products.
• Experience in the Lubricants or Chemicals industries desired.
• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal/written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude and customer focused attitude essential.
• Self-motivated and driven for personal and company success.
