Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by pursuing new and existing aerospace/defense accounts.
- Selling the suite of engineering services offered by the company, including, dimensional inspection, reverse engineering, first article inspection, production inspection, third party validation, and CAD modeling.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in aerospace and defense organizations.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prepare proposals and support project acceptance.
- Negotiate and secure NDAs, purchase orders, and long-term contracts.
- Delivering proposals and securing Purchase Orders.
- Traveling within your area of responsibility.
- Performing all other sales and account support related duties as needed.
Requirements
- Associates Degree or equivalent industry experience; Bachelor’s Degree a plus.
- Outside sales experience.
- Knowledge of inspection processes, manufacturing, or engineering services preferred.
- Candidate must disclose any non-disclosure or non-compete agreements that are currently in effect.
- Strong technical communication and consultative selling skills.
- Aerospace or Power Generation Industry knowledge required.
