About the role

Ace Precision is looking for a Sales Engineer to help grow our aerospace manufacturing business. This role combines engineering expertise, manufacturing knowledge, and customer engagement to develop technical solutions, support customers, and generate accurate quotations for precision‑machined components. Responsibilities

• Develop accurate cost estimates and technical quotations by analyzing manufacturing methods and production rates.
• Work directly with customers to understand component requirements and recommend manufacturing solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through responsive technical support and guidance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Production, and Sales to ensure technical feasibility and project alignment.
• Verify technical specifications and system requirements for aerospace components.

• Monitor industry trends and emerging manufacturing technologies to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience in aerospace manufacturing, precision machining, or advanced manufacturing environments is strongly preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and ability to develop cost‑effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across engineering, quality, production, and sales teams.
