Sales Energy Efficiency Energy Management Advisor

About the role

This is a full-time on-site role for an Energy Management Advisor located in East Longmeadow, MA. The Energy Management Advisor will consult with commercial clients to assess their energy consumption and recommend effective energy-saving solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct energy assessments
• Analyze energy usage
• Develop customized strategies for efficiency improvement
• Provide training to clients on implemented systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage projects and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to analyze energy consumption data and propose effective solutions
• Consulting and Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and convey energy management strategies
• Experience in Finance to understand cost analysis and manage budgeting for energy-saving projects
• Training skills to educate clients on optimizing energy usage and maintaining solutions
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with team members and clients
• Bachelor’s degree in Energy Management, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of energy efficiency technologies and practices for commercial applications preferred but not required
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Teams Excel PowerPoint and Word
• US valid Driver’s license
• Nice to have but not a must: CEM & CEA Certifications

Pay

Base salary: $60,000-$104,000 per year plus commissions
