Sales Enablement Specialist – Institutional Banking

About the role

As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will collaborate with marketing teams on sales initiatives to support business growth. Your days are full of diverse tasks where each day is different. Examples include drafting responses to proposal requests, developing sales presentations, and communicating with prospects. You will also maximize brand impact at trade shows and execute public relations efforts.

Responsibilities

• Use project management skills to execute marketing strategies in support of sales team efforts.
• Operate Salesforce and various software and systems to create content and develop reporting and campaign tracking.
• Partner with internal teams to collaborate and execute on strategic marketing and communication initiatives.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• Three to five years of experience in marketing and/or sales, business, or customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent exposure to sales and business strategy.
• Exposure to new marketing tactics.
• Ability to manage individual tasks while working within a supportive team environment.

Pay

• US Employees in California, Washington DC, New Jersey, and New York: $69,920 - $109,460
• US Employees in Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin: $63,830 - $100,210
• US Employees in all other states not listed above: $57,760 - $90,960
