Sales Enablement Representative

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation (Primary)
  • Execute proactive outbound calling and outreach against named target lists in priority verticals
  • Generate qualified meetings and site assessments for field sellers
  • Build and work prospecting sequences in HubSpot and maintain consistent daily activity
  • Support account-based outreach in coordination with marketing and industry specialists
  • Inside Sales Coverage & Support
  • Provide backup phone and lead-triage coverage when inbound volume spikes or during absences
  • Qualify and route inbound leads to the correct seller when covering
  • Maintain response times and the speed-to-lead standard during peak periods
  • SREC & Program Administration
  • File and track SRECs accurately and on schedule
  • Maintain documentation and records related to incentive and compliance programs
  • Permitting & Operations
  • Backup support on permitting submissions and tracking as needed, in coordination with operations
  • Aid in documentation handoffs between sales and operations
  • CRM & Pipeline Hygiene
  • Log all outbound activity, contacts, and outcomes in HubSpot
  • Keep prospecting data clean, current, and complete
