Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation (Primary)
- Execute proactive outbound calling and outreach against named target lists in priority verticals
- Generate qualified meetings and site assessments for field sellers
- Build and work prospecting sequences in HubSpot and maintain consistent daily activity
- Support account-based outreach in coordination with marketing and industry specialists
- Inside Sales Coverage & Support
- Provide backup phone and lead-triage coverage when inbound volume spikes or during absences
- Qualify and route inbound leads to the correct seller when covering
- Maintain response times and the speed-to-lead standard during peak periods
- SREC & Program Administration
- File and track SRECs accurately and on schedule
- Maintain documentation and records related to incentive and compliance programs
- Permitting & Operations
- Backup support on permitting submissions and tracking as needed, in coordination with operations
- Aid in documentation handoffs between sales and operations
- CRM & Pipeline Hygiene
- Log all outbound activity, contacts, and outcomes in HubSpot
- Keep prospecting data clean, current, and complete
