About The Role
Verkada is building a world-class Sales organization and needs a Sales Enablement Lead to drive a seamless onboarding experience, ensure team readiness, and increase overall productivity. This role offers autonomy and ownership to innovate and adapt enablement strategies. You’ll partner with Sales leadership to own and execute end-to-end onboarding and enablement, working hands-on with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts across the company.
Responsibilities
- Act as the strategic enablement partner for a team (Mid-Market, Enterprise, Sales Development, or Channel) of roughly 75-100 individuals, collaborating with key stakeholders to organize onboarding, continuous training, tools stack management, and content.
- Identify needs in the sales organization and create training content to improve results, fill gaps, and enhance product knowledge.
- Become a product matter expert to deliver high-quality training and content.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and other internal teams to innovate and improve the enablement experience and process.
- Own the onboarding calendar end-to-end for your team, ensuring reps know when and where to go and session leaders are aware of content changes to facilitate a world-class experience.
- Manage sales onboarding, SKO, QBRs, and ongoing training calendars, ensuring stakeholders are informed of changes in sales and tools processes.
- Support tools and resources to improve sales productivity (e.g., creating reports, answering rep questions, sourcing branded swag).
- Maintain updated knowledge within the internal Sales Hub and track resource usage.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in Sales Enablement, Training, or broader Sales roles.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication skills and ability to command a room.
- Self-starter who isn’t afraid to ask for direction.
- Ability to outline processes in a simple and effective way.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Role is onsite in Tampa, FL.

Pay
Estimated Annual Pay Range: $102,000—$119,000 USD (OTE for full-time employees, including base compensation and commissions if applicable). Additional compensation may include sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and equity in the form of restricted stock units (RSUs).
