Sales Enablement Associate - Local Sales (Remote)
About the role
The Sales Enablement Associate is a hybrid role with responsibility for presenting and facilitating training content, while also being responsible for content creation and ongoing program support.
Responsibilities
Training & Facilitation (60%): Facilitate onboarding and ongoing training: Present onboarding material while creating a supportive and welcoming environment to our newest employees. Make learning engaging and deliver with excellence: Make learning fun, engaging, challenging, and competitive while facilitating sales training sessions to monthly new hire classes and ongoing trainings to the veteran organization. Arrive prepared for each training session and work around challenges with limited disruption. Leverage a variety of delivery methods including: virtual facilitation, social learning, gamification, demonstration, role-plays, e-learning, etc. Facilitate trainings to varying audiences: Lead both rep-level and leadership-level training sessions, drawing on personal sales experience and/or management experience to bring credibility and authority to the room. Execute on project work: Lead tech-related projects with guidance, using task and project roadmaps to achieve timelines, and sharing continued progress and updates to stakeholders.
Learning & Development / Content Creation (40%): Assist in content creation and maintenance: Support creation and upkeep by reviewing and providing edits and creative input to training materials as needed, including support for launches, program branding, and short-form video content (Reels). Program administration: Perform administrative tasks and play a support role for ongoing programs. Tasks include building, distributing and administering calendars, toolkits, sign-ups and supporting in-session production. Support feedback loops and content needs: Support and execute the process for maintenance and collaboration with teammates, key stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to ensure a healthy feedback loop. Measure and report on training effectiveness: Upload and manage surveys, tests, and assessments within Exceed; track completion rates; pull reports and compile data for the sales leadership team to inform content updates and program improvements. Learning technology administration: Manage ongoing implementation of processes and training materials via Yelp's learning management system (Exceed).
