We're seeking a Sales Associate who is passionate about pop culture and ready to provide exceptional customer service. This role involves leading our brand's mission of creating the best shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages repeat business.
- Ensure assigned areas are visually appealing and meet store standards.
- Work the register to process sales and drive add-on sales through BOPIS and curbside pickup.
- Assist with planogram changes, including updating store maps, walls, fixtures, and merchandising mixes.
- Communicate fashion trends to management and HQ partners.
- Work with Store Management to prevent misuse of store resources and maintain a safe environment.
- Help keep the stock room organized and the store tidy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by your Store Leader.
Requirements
- Previous retail experience.
- Passion for pop culture and philanthropy.
- Strong customer service and selling skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- At least 18 years old.
