About the role
The Sales Enablement Analyst is the voice of the sales team within the Enablement department. This role identifies the specific "use case" needs of our sales teams, from the data they need to see in dashboards to the tools they use for productivity.
Responsibilities
- Identify "friction points" in the daily workflow of sales reps and managers through regular interviews.
- Define the business logic for new sales dashboards and tools, ensuring they align with specific sales outcomes like increasing win rates or shortening the sales cycle.
- Act as the primary "Beta Tester" for new internal resources, ensuring they are intuitive and provide immediate value to busy salespeople.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales strategies and report findings to stakeholders.
- Maintain and monitor sales team usage of current resources, providing "Usage Insights" to the Enablement lead to guide future training and development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and IT to enhance overall sales efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 3 or more years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or sales-facing project support.
- 2 or more years defining and documenting user requirements, specifically for sales users.
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Power BI, and Sales Enablement platforms.
Qualifications

- Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable insights for the sales team.

Schedule
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm schedule. Hybrid schedule available with 2 days remote and 3 days in the office.
