Responsibilities
- Build relationships with real estate buyers and sellers
- Qualify potential clients and understand their needs
- Present and position investment opportunities to qualified buyers
- Overcome objections and successfully negotiate purchase contracts
- Track sales activities and lead notes in the software database
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience (real estate experience is a plus, but not required)
- Exceptional phone skills and strong communication abilities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively build relationships over time
- Able to process details quickly and create win/win solutions
- Real estate and/or investment knowledge is preferred
- Past sales experience, especially phone sales, is a plus
- Be enthusiastic, motivated, and articulate
- Must want to be part of an energized, hungry, and growing team. Must be teachable and open-minded
- Reliable with a quiet home office setup
