About the role

As a Sales Director on the West Coast, you will lead a dynamic sales team focused on expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with company goals, managing a portfolio of high-value accounts, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that drive revenue growth and align with company objectives.
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and objectives.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leadership in sales roles, preferably at a senior level.
  • Experience managing a sales team of 10+ people.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and other sales tools.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for technology and a deep understanding of the industry.
