Sales Director, Performance Advertising (Americas)

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive direct revenue growth by acquiring and developing relationships with advertisers, agencies, and performance marketing partners across the Americas.
  • Build and execute a go-to-market strategy for performance advertising demand generation across key verticals including fintech, betting, lead generation, e-commerce, and mobile growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through deal closure.
  • Partner closely with Product, Ad Operations, Account Management, and Commercial teams to develop solutions that address client objectives and maximize campaign performance.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the AdTech and programmatic ecosystem, market trends, competitor activity, and emerging advertising technologies to identify growth opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in digital advertising, AdTech, programmatic advertising, or performance marketing sales.
  • Prominent track record of driving direct advertising revenue and securing budgets from advertisers and agencies.
  • Strong understanding of performance advertising models, programmatic buying, user acquisition, lead generation, attribution, measurement, and campaign optimization.
  • Existing network of relationships across advertisers, agencies, and performance marketing decision-makers in North America and/or LATAM.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build new business opportunities from the ground up in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
  • Experience selling performance media, user acquisition solutions, app-install campaigns, lead generation, or outcome-based advertising products.
