About the Role
Responsible for developing and executing the community's sales strategy by driving sustainable occupancy growth, optimizing revenue performance, and fostering long-term occupancy stability. Develops and strengthens relationships with key referral sources, professional partners, and local influencers while executing a proactive sales strategy that consistently generates qualified prospects, converts opportunities, and builds future demand through a healthy pipeline.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that drives sustainable occupancy growth, optimizes revenue, and maintains a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects through effective lead management and conversion.
- Cultivate strategic relationships with referral partners, healthcare professionals, placement agencies, and community organizations to expand market presence, generate qualified referrals, and increase brand awareness.
- Lead the sales process from inquiry through move-in, delivering an exceptional customer experience while partnering with Operations to ensure apartment readiness, documentation completion, and a seamless resident transition.
- Analyze sales performance, occupancy trends, competitive activity, and market data to identify opportunities, refine sales strategies, improve conversion outcomes, and support long-term occupancy stability.
- Maintain a consistently tour-ready community and accurate sales systems, ensuring the physical environment reflects Spectrum's brand standards while preserving the integrity of CRM data, forecasting, and sales reporting.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent is required, Bachelor's Degree is preferred or commensurate experience.
- Sales experience in senior living is preferred, but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms, with the ability to accurately document, manage, and analyze sales activities and prospect information.
- Must be self-motivated, organized, and professional. Must be able to work independently and solve problems.
- Strong communication skills are critical. You will need to be able to work with potential residents, current residents, placement agencies, and team members.
- Strong understanding of sales process management, lead nurturing, follow-up strategies, conversion metrics, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Customer service focused with a genuine passion for serving older adults and enhancing the quality of life for residents and their families.
- Professional appearance, demeanor, and conduct consistent with representing the community and organization in a positive manner.

Pay
Expected potential incentive compensation of $4,500 per month or more.
