What You'll Be Doing
- Developing new business with agencies, holding companies, and direct advertisers
- Managing the full sales process from outreach and discovery to negotiation and close
- Building strategic relationships with key decision-makers across the buy-side ecosystem
- Creating compelling media and advertising solutions that solve client challenges
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver successful campaigns and client outcomes
- Representing the business at industry events and conferences
- Consistently exceeding revenue targets and driving market growth
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of digital media, ad tech, programmatic, or advertising sales experience
- Proven success opening new business and closing six-figure deals
- Strong understanding of the agency and advertiser landscape
- Experience selling media, programmatic, sponsorship, branded content, or digital advertising solutions
- Highly motivated, consultative seller with a track record of exceeding quota
- Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
Pay
$120,000 - $140,000 Base Salary
Double OTE
