Sales Director

About the role
The Sales Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic account development, pipeline management, and deal execution. They will serve as a key representative of Siepe in the market, building long-term partnerships with credit managers and expanding Siepe's presence in the buy-side credit market.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive revenue growth across Siepe’s SaaS and services platform
- Originate, qualify, and close complex multi-product opportunities
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline aligned to Siepe’s ideal client profile
- Lead discovery, solution positioning, pricing, and contract negotiation
- Develop strategic account plans for priority targets and Tier 1 relationships
- Partner closely with Product, Implementation, and Business Heads on deal scoping
- Represent Siepe at industry conferences, panels, and client events
- Establish Siepe as a trusted long-term partner to credit managers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- 7-12+ years of enterprise sales experience in SaaS, FinTech, or financial services
- Proven track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
- Deep familiarity with buy-side credit, CLOs, private credit, and structured finance
- Experience selling bundled technology and services solutions
- Enterprise deal execution and revenue leadership
- Strategic account development and relationship management
- Opportunity qualification and solution selling
- Commercial negotiation and contract execution
- Market expertise in credit and investment operations
- Cross-functional collaboration and internal leadership
- CRM discipline and repeatable sales process execution

Qualifications

Pay
Annual Base Salary Range (New York): The posted range is a good-faith estimate of the base compensation we expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. Individual compensation within the range is determined based on a variety of factors, including (but not limited to) job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
