In this role, you will meet and speak with prospective new residents and their loved ones as they search for the right senior living community. Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads to qualify prospects and guide them through the transition of moving into their new home.
• Work closely with the Executive Director and VP of Marketing & Sales to create a cutting‑edge and strategic marketing plan.
• Achieve budgeted occupancy targets.
• Create trust and connect with prospective residents and their families through phone calls and tours of the community.
• Implement ways to increase occupancy and achieve targeted occupancy goals.
• Work together with your team to execute events that draw prospects to the community.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience in senior living
• Results and goal driven
• Previous experience in marketing & sales, 5+ years
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of computer systems and programs
• Organization and diligence in creative follow‑up of prospects
