Sales Director - Americas

CSG is partnering with an international industrial sensors business based in the Midwest to find a Director of Sales. This is a chance to run the full customer-facing organization (sales, customer service, technical service and marketing) and to play a real part in the next stage of the business's growth. The OpportunityYou'll report directly to the President and sit on the Americas leadership team, with a genuine say in strategy and where the business invests.It's a hands on role: you'll build senior relationships with key OEM customers, stay close to the major opportunities, and bring the voice of the customer into product, engineering and global decisions. You'll lead a team of experienced managers and have the scope to shape how they work together to deliver growth.
