Who We Need
We are hiring a Sales Director to join our team. Reporting to the RVP of Sales, you will take ownership of the full sales cycle and drive revenue by selling our managed services and self-serve solutions. You will seek out, connect with and secure prospects, following leads to close deals. You will focus on selling solutions, acquiring new clients, expanding relationships with existing ones, and collaborating with agencies and brands to build strategic partnerships that align with their business goals and deliver measurable results.

What You Bring
- The drive: Results-driven and motivated to exceed sales targets. Proactive hunter with a passion for seeking new opportunities and building relationships.
- The industry experience: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in digital advertising sales, successfully managing sales cycles, and driving revenue with clients from small businesses to large organizations. Expertise in Real Time Bidding, programmatic, or ad network sales.
- The technical proficiency: Familiarity with the digital media landscape and proficiency with CRM tools. Comfortable using MS Office and able to grasp complex technical details and translate them into valuable client insights.
- The communication skills: Exceptional communication skills. Naturally curious and skilled at asking probing questions that build connections, uncover true motivations, and lead to long-term relationships. Ability to create compelling pitch decks and conduct research to support business development and make engaging presentations.
- The commitment to success: Highly coachable and committed to personal growth. Able to balance multiple deals at different stages while maintaining attention to detail, always prioritizing the customer's objectives.

Compensation
The base salary range for this role is $120,000–$140,000, with an expected first-year on-target earnings (OTE) of $180,000–$220,000. Compensation is determined based on skills, experience, and the scope and complexity of the role.
