About the role

Vanta is a rapidly growing company dedicated to helping businesses earn and prove trust through continuous security monitoring. We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic and customer-focused team.

Responsibilities

  • Master Vanta’s value proposition and product
  • Identify strategic accounts using tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and 6Sense
  • Develop and execute multi-channel prospecting strategies
  • Coordinate meetings on account executives' calendars and log activities
  • Counter objections and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and technical skills

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of SaaS SDR/BDR experience
  • Prioritize prospecting into companies with 500+ employees
  • Hybrid work schedule in New York City 3 days per week
