Responsibilities
- Open New Conversations
- Prospect into hotels and hospitality groups across the U.S.
- Run thoughtful outbound across email, phone, and LinkedIn, the kind that gets replies, not blocks.
- Qualify inbound leads coming from our #1-ranked SEO presence and turn them into real conversations.
- Book qualified discovery meetings and demos for our Account Executives.
- Travel to hotel properties, hospitality trade shows, and industry events to meet prospects face to face.
- Represent TrackMyShuttle at hospitality events (HITEC, HFTP, AHLA, regional hotel conferences) with warmth and confidence.
- Bring back what you hear from prospects to help us sharpen messaging and targeting.
- Keep CRM hygiene tight (HubSpot or Salesforce) so the pipeline always tells the truth.
- Track activity, follow up consistently, and never let a good lead go cold.
- Continuously look for ways to simplify and improve the prospecting motion.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, BDR, SDR, or customer-facing roles.
- Comfortable with outbound (cold email, cold calls, LinkedIn) done thoughtfully.
- Strong listener. Better questions than answers.
- Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable on the road, traveling 50%+ to hotel properties and hospitality events.
- Bonus: hospitality industry exposure (hotels, hotel groups, hospitality tech).
Qualifications
- Required 1–3 years of sales, BDR, SDR, or customer-facing experience.
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting (email, calls, LinkedIn).
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- CRM fluency (HubSpot or Salesforce).
- Willing to travel 50%+ across the U.S.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, positive attitude.
