About the role
We are hiring a driven, resourceful SDR to generate outbound pipeline by prospecting into media agencies. This is a pure outbound role responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying agency decision-makers across planning, investment, and programmatic teams to create consistent top-of-funnel meetings for the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Generate 6+ qualified meetings per month through structured outbound prospecting.
- Execute targeted multi-touch outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to continuously refine overall outreach effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline visibility in HubSpot.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of professional experience (recent graduates encouraged).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to enhance productivity and research.
- Strong organization and time management within a 15–20 hour/week schedule.
- Experience with LinkedIn, email outreach, and CRM tools (HubSpot a plus).
- Coachable, self-motivated, and interested in working in a startup environment.
